Application of E7 Smart PLC in Factory Ventilation Project

With the rapid development of industrial automation technology, the intelligence and efficiency of factory ventilation systems have become an indispensable part of modern industrial production. As an advanced programmable logic controller, E7 Smart PLC plays an increasingly important role in factory ventilation projects. This article aims to provide a detailed introduction to the application of Huceen E7-30XP CPU in factory ventilation projects, especially its analog control of fan frequency converter frequency and PLC control of fan start stop functional characteristics.


This project mainly focuses on the optimization and intelligent transformation of the ventilation system in the factory building. We have selected the Huceen E7-30XP CPU as the core controller, which comes with 4 input/2 output analog signals and can achieve precise control of the frequency of the fan inverter. In addition, the CPU is equipped with an Ethernet communication port, which facilitates connection with devices such as the upper computer and touch screen, enabling real-time data transmission and monitoring. During the project implementation, we fully utilized the functional features of the E7-30XP CPU to achieve intelligent control of fan start stop and frequency converter.

Main functional characteristics:

1. Analog controlled fan frequency converter: The Huceen E7-30XP CPU can collect real-time environmental parameters such as temperature and humidity in the factory through its built-in analog input/output ports. Based on these parameters, the internal control algorithm of the PLC can calculate the required frequency of the fan inverter and send corresponding control signals through the analog output port. This control method ensures that the fan frequency converter can operate at the optimal frequency under different environmental conditions, thereby maximizing the energy efficiency of the ventilation system;

2. PLC control of fan start and stop: In addition to controlling the frequency of the fan frequency converter, the Huceen E7-30XP CPU can also directly control the start and stop of the fan. Through programming settings, PLC can automatically determine and control the start and stop of fans based on actual needs or preset conditions in the factory. This control method not only improves the intelligence level of the ventilation system, but also reduces human operation errors and costs;

3. Ethernet communication enables data exchange and monitoring: The built-in Ethernet communication port of E7-30XP CPU makes the connection with upper computer, touch screen and other devices simple and efficient. Through these devices, users can view real-time information such as the operating status of the ventilation system, the frequency of the fan inverter, and the start stop status of the fan. At the same time, users can also remotely set and adjust the parameters of the ventilation system, achieving intelligent management and monitoring of it.

4. High reliability and stability: The Huceen E7-30XP CPU uses high-quality hardware components and rigorously tested software systems to ensure its high reliability and stability during actual operation. Even in harsh industrial environments, the E7-30XP CPU can operate stably for a long time, providing strong support for the continuous operation of the factory ventilation system.
